S.M.A.R.T

Make sure your goals are:

Specific - know exactly what your goal is
Measurable - must be able to track goal
Attainable - realistic and achievable
Relevant- exciting and meaningful to you
Time-bound - clear deadline


H.A.R.D

Goals should be:

Heartfelt - have emotional attachment
Animated - create vivid imagery of success
Required - build sense of urgency into goal
Difficult - make goals challenging


W.O.O.P

Put goals to the WOOP test:

Wish- what do you wish to accomplish
Outcome - how does best outcome feel
Obstacle - imagine overcoming obstacles
Plan - make a plan to overcome adversity
